The problem
The tiles had lost their paint on the faces most exposed to the sun and sea wind. There were dark damp stains on the ridges and small cracks in the chimneys.

What we did
Pressure-washing of the whole roof, repair of joints and finishing details, sealing of chimney cracks and two coats of white tile paint, applied with an airless sprayer to reach every curve.

The result
An even Menorcan-white roof, sealed chimneys and a finish without roller marks that looks the same from the street and from the neighbour’s roof terrace.
