The problem
Flaking parapets, a chimney with crazed paint and open joints around the skylights, where water tends to get in.

What we did
Cleaning, repair of flaking areas, sealing around the skylights and painting of parapets, finishing details and chimney, working carefully around the solar panels.

The result
A clean, protected flat roof, with weak points sealed before the autumn rains.
